The staff was friendly and helpful. They promptly addressed my concerns.
The shower's water pressure was poor. It made showering difficult. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, so it became quite stuffy after a shower. The tea kettle in the room was also dirty inside. I think more attention is needed for the cleanliness of room amenities.

i found the location convenient (it made exploring so easy). the proximity to shops and markets was a real plus for me. the metro station being so close was useful, too. mr arshad khan from room service was especially helpful.

The staff was always attentive. I needed assistance with directions and they were quick to help. zafran was particularly professional at check-in, it was completed within one minute. arshad khan in room service was wonderful, he anticipated my needs without reminders. the hotel is directly in front of the metro station. This made getting around very easy.
the bathroom was a bit small though perfectly functional.

The metro station is directly accessible from the hotel entrance. This provides efficient transportation. many shops offer a variety of goods nearby. diverse food options exist within walking distance. a mosque is also conveniently located close to the hotel.

the classic room double bed included sufficient space, it had functional furniture. cleanliness was maintained throughout my stay! the bed was comfortable and provided adequate rest. air conditioning worked effectively to maintain a comfortable temperature.

the front desk staff were polite and efficient, they managed requests promptly. housekeeping ensured the room remained tidy. room service was available and provided quick delivery. staff proactively checked on my satisfaction via whatsapp!

Breakfast featured regional specialties. They were both satisfying and diverse. the staff accommodated late arrivals to breakfast. This showed great flexibility. there was a decent selection of items, i could always find something appealing. the dining area was clean and well-kept.
